Here at Paper Daizy, we hate it when wedding planning is more complicated than it should be. You and your one true love should be looking forward to your wedding day, not getting bogged down in the details.
Together, we’ll transform your space with bright, garden wedding florals. We’ll make those Pinterest board dreams come true, and handle all of the nitty gritty so that you can enjoy the lead-up to your wedding day.

The process & how it works

Get in touch
Fill in our enquiry form, and we’ll be in touch within 3 working days about availability for your special day
02.
Fill in your Questionnaire
We will send our Wedding Questionnaire asking for more details about your big day, such as the flowers and styling items you'd like, your preferred colour palettes, venue locations, and so much more!
03.
Review your proposal
Once we have all the needed details, we will send your proposal and quotation, providing our expert opinion and suggestions.
04.
Welcome to the love bubble!
Time to lock it in and welcome you to the Paper Daizy crew. We’ll need a contract signed, as well as a 20% non-refundable booking fee to secure your date. 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding, we’ll be in touch to finalise colour and flower details.
05.
Your wedding day
Today is the big day! We coordinate with all the vendors, ensuring that every floral element is perfectly placed and on time, and packed down at the end of the night.

Your burning questions, answered

We recommend booking in your wedding vendors as soon as possible! Once you have a date and venue locked in, it’s a good time to reach out. This is most commonly done 12-18 months before the wedding date.

No, but it’s handy to have a Pinterest board or images for inspiration when making an enquiry so we can both be on the same page! We generally send through a mood board/proposal 6-8 weeks before the wedding date so you have plenty of time to make up your mind!

We’re here to make the process easy for you so we have designed our wedding packages with our most popular items. While we don’t remove items from the packages, you are welcome to choose from a list of add-ons or request a custom quote unique to you!

Putting together a magical wedding day requires a dream team to execute and does take days to prep. Some things included in the service fees are:
- Market runs and flower processing
- Labour costs (prep and design with a team)
- Delivery costs (petrol, tolls, van hire, etc.)
- Install and pack down (on site install, repurposing arrangements and pack down before or after midnight where applicable) -
Yes, we do both! You can order flowers here for weekly delivery.
